Remedies For

Diaphoretic, promotes circulation of blood, Induces perspiration, relieves muscle spasms, warms, promotes blood and qi circulation.

It is indicated for the common cold and upper-respiratory congestion associated with external deficiency. it is also used for various circulatory disorders, including chest pains, palpitations, numbness, arthritic and rheumatic conditions, stopped menstruation, and abdominal cramps.

Description
Cinnamon twig is one of the most important circulatory herbs in Chinese herbalism. It is in the same family as North American sassafras, and both herbs are good for circulation and promote urination.
Dosage

3-9 grams.

Safety

This herb should not be used for those with wafebrile diseases or those who are showing heat signs. It should be used with caution in women who are pregnant or are bleeding heavily.
